Job summary

Fabula is a fast-growing D2C coffee brand in the United States seeking a Head of Growth, a killer performance media buyer and creative strategist who has already scaled eCommerce brands. You will own the growth engine, from paid media to creative direction, with a focus on CPA and ROAS improvements and full-funnel optimization.

You’ll work remotely with the founders, owning META as the primary channel and expanding into Google/TikTok.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has scaled campaigns personally (≥$50k/month).
• Strong on creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Deep experience with direct-response advertising and customer psychology.
• Able to diagnose adAccount and funnel data and identify changes quickly.
• Experience scaling DTC/eCommerce brands, not B2B or SaaS.
• Hands-on with creative: write/edit hooks, scripts, headlines, briefs, and copy.
• Experience managing creative production with UGC creators, editors, designers.
• Action-oriented operator who executes, tests, learns, and scales.
• AI-native; uses AI to speed up research, ideation, production, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta as the primary acquisition channel with Google/TikTok as complements.
• Identify winning angles, hooks, messaging, formats based on data and research.
• Build a systematic testing pipeline and rapidly identify winning creatives.
• Analyze full-funnel performance from ad to landing page conversion.
• Mine reviews, surveys, and ads libraries for new angles and opportunities.
• Brief and manage UGC creators, editors, designers; stay hands-on with copy and direction.
• Make daily CPA, ROAS, CTR decisions; optimize for contribution margin.
• Scale proven creative and media-buying strategies into profitable spend.
• Improve funnels: advertorials, landing pages, VSLs, offers.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, production, analysis.
