Cogent Analytics is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth across the organization. You will develop new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and strengthen the sales organization to scale revenue.

You will partner with the CEO, CFO, and operations to align strategy with execution, manage key accounts, and shape market expansion while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in business development or sales leadership.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or related services.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall business development strategy.
