Job summary

Bluefish Labs Inc. seeks a strategic Director, Growth to lead account teams and drive revenue expansion across key industry verticals.

You will develop the Account Leads and Account Managers, translating growth strategy into concrete execution and measuring impact through customer outcomes. In this role you’ll partner with the Head of Growth to scale post-sales expansion, ensure retention, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and GTM

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise SaaS growth or account leadership.
At least 2+ years in people management.
Proven track record scaling account teams to drive retention and expansion.
Strong analytical skills with forecasting, KPIs and health metrics.
Excellent communicator influencing internal partners and senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Leads and Account Managers across industry verticals.
Partner with Head of Growth to translate strategy into execution plans and goals.
Own day-to-day execution across vertical portfolios to ensure customer outcomes and expansion.
Establish and scale best practices for account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Run regular business and pipeline reviews to monitor progress against KPIs.
