Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader to own both sales and marketing. You will manage the sales process from first contact to signed contract while building our internal marketing strategy and campaigns, primarily on Meta.

Expect a clear path to lead a sales and marketing function, with potential to build a team as results grow. The role offers a base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Track record of earning $125,000+ total compensation with commissions.
• Experience selling professional services with a 2–6 week sales cycle to SMB or mid-market buyers.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own both sales and marketing for the company, from first conversation to signed contract.
• Run strategy and pitch presentations, manage the full pipeline, handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences.
• Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns and develop broader marketing strategy.
• Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
• Think holistically about brand and how advertising fits within growth strategy.
• Path to leading a sales and marketing function with potential to build a team.
