Education First in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale multi-channel growth, including Paid Media, Ecommerce, and CRM. This hybrid role demands a strategic, hands-on leader who can drive a AI-enabled growth engine across marketing workflows—from insights to campaign execution—and hit ambitious KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• 3+ years leading high-performing digital marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience across paid social, paid search, and digital acquisition.
• Experience applying AI to marketing execution and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, planning, and allocation of multi-million-dollar growth investment across channels.
• Lead and scale paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Own onsite conversion strategy and roadmap with Ecommerce.
• Drive lifecycle marketing strategy across CRM to improve repeat rate and LTV.
• Partner with cross-teams to improve site performance and testing.
• Establish operating model across Paid, Ecommerce, and CRM.
• Use AI to improve decision making, insights, and performance.
• Redesign workflows to increase speed and test-and-learn culture.
• Define measurement and incrementality frameworks for investment decisions.
• Translate data into insights for strategy and cross-functional decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Analytics on roadmap and optimization.
• Build and execute a robust testing roadmap across creative and targeting.
• Identify and scale new channels and growth opportunities.
• Lead a high-performing Growth organization with clear accountability.
