Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven success leading search‑driven growth programs in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Deep expertise in SEO strategy, content SEO, and keyword research.
• Deep expertise in paid search strategy, campaign structure, bidding, and budget optimization.
• Familiarity with AI search concepts (AEO/GEO/LLMO) and zero‑click trends.
• Experience managing display and paid social as part of an integrated portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital acquisition strategy across Paid/Organic Search, AI search, and CRO.
• Build and manage full‑funnel channel strategies and budget allocation.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across content, web, analytics, creative, and campaigns.
• Track performance KPIs and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing digital marketing team.
