Carey & Co. LLC is seeking a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to own HubSpot CRM and scale it as we grow across multiple firms.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will build the processes that support our growth and turn data into useful reporting. You will bridge sales, marketing, and business development, own CRM governance, dashboards, and automation, and coordinate with external vendors to keep pace with our growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing operations with HubSpot as the primary CRM.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration across sales and marketing; experience with Professional-tier Hubs preferred.
• HubSpot certifications preferred.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple business entities, or integrating LinkedIn, prospecting, or enrichment tools with HubSpot.

Responsabilités

• HubSpot Administration & Data Quality: governance, forms, workflows, lists, and object associations; pipeline management and routing.
• Build executive and team dashboards and reports on new business, wins/losses, cross-sell opportunities, pipeline activity, revenue trends, and forecasting.
• Marketing Operations Support: setup and tracking of emails, segmentation, automated workflows, and webinar/event promotion in HubSpot; integrations & data vetting.
• Translate sales/marketing needs into CRM workflows and standardize processes across firms to reduce manual work through automation.
• HubSpot expert & user support: troubleshoot issues, document the system, and train teams using HubSpot resources.
