Job summary

Carey & Co., LLC is seeking a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to own HubSpot CRM and scale it across our remote organization. You will govern data hygiene, forms, workflows, and lists while shaping lead routing, scoring, and qualification criteria with the sales team, and building influential dashboards for revenue insights.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will connect marketing, sales, and business development through automation and standardized processes across multiple entities,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing operations with HubSpot as the primary CRM.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration across sales and marketing; Marketing/Service Hubs preferred.
• Track record of improving CRM data quality and building pipelines, workflows, and reports.
• HubSpot certifications preferred.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple entities; LinkedIn integrations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM governance, data hygiene, forms, workflows, lists, notifications, and object associations.
• Lead pipeline management: design lead stages, routing, scoring, and qualification criteria with the sales team.
• Build executive dashboards and reports on new business, wins/losses, pipeline activity, and forecasting.
• Coordinate integrations with LinkedIn and prospect tools; vet data before entry into the CRM.
• Translate needs into practical CRM workflows and automate where possible.
• Serve as internal HubSpot expert and train the team on best practices.
