Carey & Co., LLC is seeking a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to own HubSpot CRM and scale it as the firm grows across multiple entities. This role reports to the Director of Growth and bridges sales, marketing, and business development with data-driven processes.

You will govern CRM, build dashboards on pipeline, revenue, and forecasting, and lead data quality. Fully remote, with a flexible schedule, this position requires 3+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing operations and HubSpot

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration across sales and marketing.
• Improve CRM data quality and build pipelines, workflows, and reports.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple entities or integrating tools with HubSpot is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own CRM governance and data hygiene in HubSpot.
• Design and maintain lead stages, routing, scoring, and qualification criteria with sales.
• Build dashboards and reports on new business, pipeline activity, revenue trends, and forecasting.
• Support email campaigns, segmentation, automated workflows, and event promotion in HubSpot.
• Connect prospect data from LinkedIn and enrichment tools to HubSpot and vet data before entry.
• Translate sales and marketing needs into practical CRM workflows across firms.
• Coordinate with vendors and recommend system improvements as growth evolves.
