TikTok is seeking a Location Permissions Growth & Creative Strategy Leader for its Local Services team in the United States. You will design growth levers based on user behavior and data insights, run end-to-end campaigns, and continuously optimize via data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years in operations, growth, strategy or campaign management at internet companies.
• Proven track record of driving metrics through campaigns or growth initiatives, esp. in user permissions, product adoption, or funnel optimization.
• Strong learning agility and ownership mindset; quickly understand new products, policies and systems, and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; coordinate multiple teams and push complex initiatives end-to-end under ambiguity.
• Strong data literacy and structured thinking; use data to define problems, evaluate performance, and make decisions.
• Goal-driven, resilient and detail-oriented; balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.

Responsabilités

• Design creative user-facing mechanisms and growth levers to increase location permission opt-in rate based on insights.
• Experiment with in-app narratives, incentives, and contextual triggers to drive consent and improve LBS signal coverage.
• Own end-to-end Local Services campaigns, including activity planning, execution, iteration and performance review.
• Drive key metrics such as location permission opt-in rate and user location accuracy through structured campaign operations.
• Build and maintain campaign monitoring frameworks and KPI dashboards; conduct A/B testing and post-campaign reviews.
• Translate business goals and privacy constraints into scalable, compliant, user-friendly campaign solutions.
