Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the operational data infrastructure for TikTok local services, including online/offline activities, transaction processes, search/recommendation modules, and monitoring.
• Quantify how operational activities affect transaction conversion and quantify each activity's impact across industries.
• Monitor key metrics, diagnose fluctuations, and propose optimizations and improvements.
• Communicate with business teams, produce analyses, and help identify growth opportunities.
