Job summary

TikTok Local Services is seeking a campaigns leader in Seattle to drive local service campaigns aligned with business goals, and to ramp platform resources to boost engagement.

You will own end-to-end marketing campaigns, including budget planning and post-campaign analysis, and translate data into insights to support business development.

Collaborate with creator operations, product and merchant teams to optimize content distribution through platform campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in running end-to-end campaigns tied to revenue, sales, and/or GMV.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement local service campaign/event strategies based on business goals and ramp up resources to guarantee engagement.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including budget planning, goal setting, resource allocation and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with creator operations, product and merchant BD to leverage content distribution through platform campaigns/events.
