TikTok is seeking a Location Permissions Growth & Creative Strategy professional to help expand Local Services adoption in the United States. You will analyze user behavior, craft engaging narratives, and run experiments to improve consent rates and LBS coverage.

In this role, you’ll own end-to-end campaign operations, measure key metrics, and work with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable, compliant growth initiatives while maintaining a user-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, 3+ years in ops, growth, strategy or campaigns at internet companies.
• Proven track record driving metrics via campaigns, growth initiatives, or funnel optimization.
• Strong learning agility and ownership mindset; can drive projects in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; ability to coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Design user-facing growth mechanisms to boost location permission opt-ins.
• Experiment with in-app narratives and incentives to increase consent and LBS signal.
• Own end-to-end Local Services campaign operations and performance reviews.
