TikTok's Local Service team in Los Angeles is seeking a Vertical Ops Strategy & Growth Manager to own growth for a strategic vertical (Travel or Dine-in). You will partner with Product, Data Science, Marketing and Operations to identify high-impact opportunities, shape marketplace strategy, and build scalable growth models for the US market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; experience in strategy operations or analytical work.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end business strategy of a vertical, translating goals into investment plans and cross-functional initiatives.
Drive planning and marketplace optimization through KPI management, budgeting and performance reviews.
Incubate and scale growth initiatives by validating new hypotheses and designing GTM strategies.
Partner with Product and cross-functional leaders to shape platform capabilities and long-term strategy.
