You’ll drive growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities while managing partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and shape the long-term direction of creator programs on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of operation-related work experience, and experience in creator economy / operations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills and strong empathy, master the operation methodology of creators and KOL.
• Experience managing team.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
