Job summary

Bustem, LLC is hiring a BDR focused on Partnerships & Affiliates to drive growth by building referral and affiliate relationships within the e‑commerce ecosystem. This role reports to the founder and works closely with the growth team in a high‑velocity environment.

You will recruit affiliates, design incentive programs, source leads, and conduct relentless outreach to convert cold contacts into steady, recurring channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of BDR/SDR, affiliate marketing, or partnerships experience.
• Ability to build a program and network from zero.
• Strong relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit affiliates/referral partners embedded in the e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Design and help launch an incentive program, such as a pay-per-booked-call structure.
• Proactively source and share lead lists with referral partners and affiliates.
• Run high-volume, relentless outreach and qualify leads for the founder/sales team.
• Track which partner/affiliate channels convert best and refine incentive structures
