Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Growth Automation Engineer to treat growth as an engineering problem, transforming workflows with automation and AI. You will design production-grade systems for demand capture, lead routing, and experimentation, shipping fast and iterating on real metrics.

The role emphasizes building automations using Claude Code, Zapier, and n8n, owning enrichment strategies, and designing multi-channel pipelines that drive pipeline velocity and intelligence for reps.

Qualifications

Experience in GTM engineering or revenue tech
Hands-on with workflow automation platforms and shipped automations
Salesforce data model knowledge and CRM integration
Experience connecting systems via APIs (REST, webhooks)
Familiarity with AI workflows and LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
Ability to ship prototypes and iterate quickly
Strong written and spoken English
Willingness to work US Pacific-overlap hours
Deep understanding of sales, marketing and revenue processes

Responsibilities

Identify high-leverage GTM motions and partner with marketing to surface opportunities
Build and ship automations with Claude Code, Zapier, and n8n
Own ICP segmentation, scoring, and signal-to-action workflows
Design multi-channel prospecting pipelines with A/B testing and deliverability infrastructure
Support ABM and paid media with audience targeting and automation
Leverage AI to scale demand and improve routing and speed-to-lead
