Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of market development, business development, strategic planning, or commercial leadership experience in Utility/Energy.
Deep knowledge of Utility and Energy market dynamics, buying processes, trends, and regulatory considerations.
Proven ability to translate market opportunities into commercial outcomes with account strategies and revenue realization.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for Utility & Energy, turning market priorities into commercial plans.
Identify opportunities across segments, map buyers, activate target accounts, and advance opportunities.
Partner with Sales to prioritize accounts, monitor progression, and improve pipeline conversion.
Design seller enablement programs and go-to-market strategies to hit revenue and penetration goals.
