X-energy is seeking a Director of Customer Relationship Management to lead market development for utilities. Based in Gaithersburg, MD, you will identify potential customers, shape value propositions, and guide engagements from initial contact to qualification.

The role requires deep knowledge of nuclear or electric power markets and strong client leadership. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive strategic plans, and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in nuclear or electric power generation sector project development, sales/business development, account management.
• Expert knowledge of the sales cycle in nuclear power or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and manages potential customer relationships.
• Plans, manages, and achieves customer goals and objectives for assigned customers.
• Leads engagement with assigned customer(s).
• Gathers customer intelligence to identify needs and value proposition.
• Directs responses to customer requests including RFPs and workshops.
