Logic20/20 is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Director, Energy & Utilities to drive growth in our consulting practice with utility clients. This builder role focuses on creating and scaling offerings, mentoring teams, and expanding long-term client relationships.

The role requires leading cross-functional delivery, shaping market-relevant offerings, and partnering with leadership to win engagements while maintaining high client value and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience working with utility clients and understanding industry landscape.
• Proven ability to connect client needs with strategic, measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Utilities, expanding existing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Lead business development efforts: qualification, solution strategy, proposals, pricing, and executive presentations.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and practice leaders to develop industry offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
• Build and scale the practice by identifying capability gaps, recruiting talent, and establishing scalable processes.
