Eclipse Staffing is hiring a Business Development Manager to sell recurring 24/7 site security contracts across central Indiana, including Indianapolis area sites such as construction locations, warehouses, and corporate campuses.

You will build your book from scratch with pricing and staffing support, earning competitive base pay and uncapped commissions, plus a nine-month ramp guarantee.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with a proven revenue track record.
• Self-starter who can build a book from scratch.
• Consultative selling and multi-stakeholder negotiation skills.
• CRM discipline and forecastability for monthly reviews.
• Strong network in central Indiana or ability to develop one.

Responsabilités

• Prospect general contractors, property and facility managers, plant leadership, and building owners and maintain monthly meeting volume.
• Conduct site walks and security assessments including post locations and patrol routes.
• Build coverage models and bill rates with Ops leadership and confirm staffing before commitments.
• Negotiate and close recurring service agreements and ensure smooth handoffs to operations.
• Maintain CRM, manage renewals and rate increases ahead of expiration.
