Job summary

Eclipse Staffing is seeking a recruiter to build pre-event pipelines for security, guest services, and facility staffing in Indianapolis. You will drive sourcing, screening, and rapid onboarding to keep events staffed with qualified teams.

Responsibilities include engaging with community organizations, executing high-volume recruitment campaigns, and delivering weekly KPI-driven updates to leadership. Evening/weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and high-volume hiring.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to attend evening or weekend events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source through job boards, social media, referrals, community organizations, schools, and events to meet staffing goals.
• Screen candidates and move them through onboarding and events.
• Maintain a clean candidate database and KPI reporting.
• Manage outreach and partnerships with community organizations.
