Job summary

CAM Resources is seeking motivated sales professionals to join as Growth Partners, building a recurring book of business in their local markets. You bring in the business; we handle fulfillment, pricing, proposals, insurance, invoicing, operations, and back-office support.

This performance-based opportunity offers uncapped earning potential. You’ll focus on connecting with apartment communities, property managers, HOAs, and commercial facilities to grow recurring contracts across your market.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful, but drive, confidence, persistence, and activity are the most important traits.
• Comfortable talking to business owners and managers and walking into businesses to introduce CAM Resources.
• Willing to prospect, build relationships, and carry a growing book of recurring accounts.
