Job summary

PodPitch is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company enabling PR agencies, brands, and founders to win more podcast opportunities. We seek a hands-on operator to own paid acquisition, improve performance, and connect tests to revenue.

Location is remote with US Eastern overlap, compensation $120,000 to $250,000 per year depending on experience. You will run Meta and Google campaigns, direct two AI video ad makers, and build a repeatable creative testing process.

Qualifications

• Managed at least $1M/year in Meta spend with profitable acquisition.
• Proficient in Google Search, landing-page alignment, and conversion tracking.
• Able to explain how changes affected outcomes and revenue.
• Experience driving measurable growth for SaaS or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and funnel leaks.

Responsibilities

• Run Meta and Google campaigns end-to-end with testing and optimization.
• Provide precise feedback to AI video ad creators on hooks and scripts.
• Develop a repeatable creative testing process from data to briefs.
• Improve landing pages and the journey from ad click to demo booking.
• Compare ad metrics with CRM data to judge acquisition performance.
• Lead growth experiments beyond paid ads with cross-functional collaboration.
• Keep clear change logs and communicate results and issues early.
