Job summary

Optery, a fully remote team based in the United States, seeks a seasoned paid acquisition lead to own our multi-channel strategy for consumer and business audiences. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels to hit CPA and revenue targets.

You’ll drive affiliate partnerships, coordinate with analytics for tracking, and translate results into clear test roadmaps. Must work US business hours from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition across multiple channels.
• Ability to optimize CAC, payback and LTV and explain results.
• Comfort with GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio.
• Experience with affiliate or partner marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok and more.
• Lead affiliate partnerships and optimize offers and tracking.
• Build a testing roadmap for audiences, creatives, offers, and bidding.
• Collaborate on ad creative with designers and creators, including UGC formats.
• Monitor budget pacing, attribution, and performance weekly.
• Pilot new channels when ROI justifies it.
• Report results and recommendations to guide next tests.
