Job summary

Optery, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Paid Acquisition lead to own our multi-channel engine across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and more. You will drive campaigns from setup to scale, optimize for CAC and revenue, and guide affiliate partnerships to grow signups alongside paid.

You’ll build testing roadmaps, brief creatives, and coordinate with analytics to ensure accurate attribution while exploring new channels as the numbers justify it. This remote role follows US business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience running paid acquisition across several channels (Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok).
• Strong analytics mindset: acquisition cost, payback, and LTV explained.
• Comfort with analytics/attribution tools (GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio) and creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of paid campaigns across multiple channels, from setup to bidding and budget pacing.
• Run both B2C subscription and B2B demand generation campaigns.
• Build and run testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
