You will manage acquisition hands-on, shape growth strategy for future apps, and push for a CPI around $2 as the launch scales.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on ownership of real-budget Meta or TikTok acquisition for consumer apps.
• Experience writing ad hooks and copy, testing creative at high volume.
• Comfort with performance data and tools like Meta/TikTok Ads, AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, PostHog, SQL or Ads API.
• Ability to optimize for CPI and downstream activation, not just CTR.
• Experience growing a subscription app is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid growth for a consumer apps startup with a November app launch.
• Manage Meta campaigns daily and decide when to pause or scale.
• Use TikTok as a secondary paid channel and adapt UGC into ads.
• Produce a high volume of creative variations using AI tools.
• Measure performance with mobile attribution and product analytics, focusing on CPI.
• Deliver weekly performance readouts and tests within 24–48 hours.
