Rootstock Software seeks a hands‑on marketer to own paid acquisition and the growth engine behind a large portion of our top‑of‑funnel pipeline. You will manage hundreds of thousands in Google Ads and AdRoll, build experiments, and drive automation using Claude Code.

This remote role prefers a candidate in the United States or Canada with a track record of owning paid budgets, technical SEO focus, and a builder mindset who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years in growth or digital paid marketing at startup or B2B software
• Direct ownership of ad spend in Google Ads/AdRoll with accountability for results
• Technical builder mindset with automation, spreadsheets, SQL, or scripting
• Technical SEO experience including keyword strategy and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with data-driven spend decisions
• Ability to run many experiments and own outcomes
• Executive presence with clear results communication

Responsabilidades

• Own paid performance: manage Google Ads and AdRoll at scale with data-backed decisions
• Drive technical SEO and conversion: identify terms that convert to MQLs and run experiments
• Build in Claude Code: ship pages, integrations, and automation for growth
• Measure performance: track all channels, create reporting, present results to leadership
• Shape AI and review-site discoverability: manage presence on G2 and AI tools surfaces
• Support content and campaigns: contribute to case studies and outbound sequences
