Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retail outlets to drive market growth.
• Develop weekly, periodic, and quarterly sales plans and share market insights with IDPs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support routing, display, promotions, and retailer events.
• Lead routine store visits and meetings to understand needs and identify opportunities.
