Campbell's in the United States is seeking a Market Development Lead to drive growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers. You will build relationships, plan routes, and identify opportunities to expand market share.

In this role, you will deliver sales plans, analyze data, coordinate inventory and promotions, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize route health and launch new items. Travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight, relocate if required, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with IDPs to support customer service and identify sales growth opportunities.
• Recommend resources and technology, help resolve retailer disputes, and partner with internal teams to reduce route disruption and strengthen route health.
• Lead route consults; conduct meetings to understand needs, support planning, and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights with IDPs; plan distribution, promotions, and retailer events.
• Coordinate inventory and logistics, respond to retailer concerns within 24 hours, and analyze data to identify opportunities.
