Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer in Carlsbad, CA to drive new business growth for landscape installation projects. You will build relationships with property managers, developers, and contractors, create compelling proposals, and close contracts that align with profitability goals.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, collaboration with estimation and operations teams, and a focus on transitioning installations to ongoing

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
Develop customized proposals and sales presentations that address client needs and highlight company value.
Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with company pricing standards and profitability goals.
Work with client and BV Team to transition final installation to a long-term Maintenance Partner.
