Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Business Development Manager to prospect and expand margins in under-penetrated accounts. You will work closely with the Hardscape.com team and SiteOne resources to drive growth across our landscaping product lines.

The role requires strong prospecting and negotiation skills, experience in green industry sales, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of new customer sales experience in landscaping or green industry.
• 1–3 years of knowledge of landscape, irrigation, or nursery products preferred.
• College degree in Business/Management or related experience preferred; High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Identify new accounts and key decision makers.
• Manage a book of business with under-penetrated accounts.
• Leverage SiteOne resources to expand margin dollars and use territory tools to focus accounts.
• Ensure customers utilize SiteOne capabilities and programs, including SiteOne University and Partner’s Program.
• Coordinate with Sales Support, Line of Business Specialists, and store personnel to fulfill orders and monitor fulfillment.
