Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager - Agronomics to drive new account wins, expand existing relationships, and deliver profitable growth. The role collaborates with field support, branches, and manufacturer partners to tailor turf management and fertility solutions for lawn care operators, golf courses, and sports turf managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in agronomic sales, turfgrass management, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience in prospecting, account conversion and profitable growth.
• Experience recommending turf fertility and control products.
• Ability to engage decision makers and manage sales cycles.
• Knowledge of turfgrass management and seasonal maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Build a new-business pipeline through targeted prospecting and account prioritization.
• Assess fertility and control programs with customers and partners.
• Sell fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides with focus on profitability.
• Coordinate orders and issues with sales support and branch teams.
• Track pipeline, conversions, sales and gross profit growth.
