NewsBreak is seeking a Business Development Manager for Home Services to lead merchant acquisition and pricing strategy in the US. You will build a book of contractor relationships, pitch the value of our lead platform, and own end-to-end onboarding and retention in a growing market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling to home-services contractors.
• Experience in lead generation, local digital marketing, or SaaS.
• You've handled recurring monthly spend ($200–$2,000) from owner-operators.
• Ability to manage pricing, packaging, and buy cycles with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant acquisition end-to-end: prospect, pitch, close, onboard.
• Develop relationships and referral networks beyond cold calling.
• Lead conversations on quality, credits, churn, and refunds.
• Coordinate with product to relay merchant feedback.
• Run pricing experiments for per-lead, subscription, or hybrid models.
