Job summary

Home Solutions seeks a Senior Associate for our Go-to-Market team to drive growth initiatives across partnerships, analytics, and operations. You will own high-visibility projects, build data-driven materials, and accelerate decision-making.

You’ll translate unstructured problems into plans, develop executive-ready narratives, and scale partnerships through rigorous performance analysis. This role offers fast exposure to growth strategy, analytics, and process-building in a high-ownership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, partnerships, business operations or growth.
• Strong research and synthesis instincts; ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent storytelling and deck-building skills.
• Structured problem-solving; comfortable with ambiguity and turning questions into plans.
• Strong analytical skills; able to form hypotheses from imperfect data.
• Fast learner; quick to pick up new tools and business context.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional growth initiatives by translating ambiguous questions into structured plans, analysis, and execution.
• Build strategic narratives and decks for external partner meetings, QBRs, and new-partner pitches.
• Produce executive-ready materials (memos, one-pagers, decks) to accelerate internal decisions.
• Support and scale new strategic partnerships through performance analysis, testing, and hands-on execution.
• Develop analyses that inform partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and support executive decision-making.
• Own competitive research and market-intelligence repository; turn findings into summaries or recommendations.
• Identify growth blockers (demand, conversion, partner capacity, friction) and define next steps.
• Coordinate across teams to move projects and reduce friction.
• Test and build new tools or processes that reduce manual work and improve output.
