LoopCV, an AI-powered job search platform, is seeking a Growth Lead to own the funnel from acquisition to paid conversion. You will run fast experiments across channels, measure outcomes, and double down on what works, with paid signups per day as the north star.

You will scale SEO, paid media, influencer partnerships and referrals, craft lifecycle emails and in-app messages, manage influencer pipelines, and own analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, Metabase) to drive activation and revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in growth, performance marketing or growth hacking for a B2C SaaS.
• Proven track record of increasing signups or revenue.
• Hands-on with paid acquisition, SEO and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytics with GA4 and BI tools; basic SQL is a plus.
• Experience marketing to the US market; fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Design, run and analyze growth experiments across the full funnel (landing pages, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, upsells).
• Scale acquisition channels: SEO and programmatic SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok), influencer partnerships, referrals.
• Build lifecycle email and in-app messaging to lift activation, conversion and retention.
• Manage influencer and creator pipeline: sourcing, outreach, deals and performance tracking.
• Own tracking and analytics: GA4, server-side tracking, attribution and funnel dashboards.
• Run A/B tests on pricing, plans and checkout flows.
• Explore new channels like AEO/GEO and AI assistants; report weekly results.
