Awesome Motive, Inc. is seeking a Growth Manager to own end-to-end growth for one of our brands. You will set strategy, ship work, measure outcomes, and decide what to build next, operating hands-on with AI as leverage.

You will focus on email and lifecycle marketing, CRO, and content/social automation, delivering fast, data-driven experiments and rapid iterations across channels with a US-time overlap.

Competenze

• 5+ years of growth marketing as the sole or founding marketer at a B2B SaaS, or as the operator inside a small growth team where you owned full execution.

Mansioni

• Email and lifecycle marketing as the central engine: newsletters, lifecycle automations, segmentation, A/B testing across subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times, and offers.
• Conversion rate optimization across landing pages, sign‑up flows, pricing pages, and checkout.
• Content and copy production: blog posts, landing pages, email copy, lead magnets, social content.
• Social presence on the channels that matter for your brand with platform-native treatment.
• Marketing automation workflows in n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
