Job summary

Emailable is seeking a VP of Growth to architect and drive a self-sustaining revenue machine across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion. You will own the growth system end-to-end, leading both product-led and marketing-driven initiatives with a hands-on, founder mindset.

You will partner with product, CS, and engineering to build scalable, metrics-driven flywheels, optimize CAC payback, and push NRR well above 105%.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in SaaS growth/revenue/marketing roles.
• Deep experience across PLG, funnels, onboarding, lifecycle.
• Strong in data: SQL, GA4, attribution, dashboards.
• Ability to model CAC, LTV, churn, payback, cohort analysis.
• Experience running growth sprints and experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with pricing/packaging strategy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, CS, Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own Acquisition: SEO, content, ads, paid channels, inbound engine work.
• Own Activation: onboarding, lifecycle, email nurture, in-app flows.
• Own Revenue: forecasting, CAC-to-Payback-to-LTV, pricing.
