Job summary

Socure is hiring a Head of Growth Engineering to define and lead the systems powering demand, personalization, and customer acquisition across multiple verticals. You’ll architect the operating model, roadmap, and infrastructure enabling faster experimentation and scalable engagement.

You’ll build a team of growth marketers and engineers who are hands-on, data-obsessed, and focused on measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack technical fluency with production-quality experiments and internal tools.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation platforms.
• Hands-on with growth/outbound platforms and multistep enrichment workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, instrumentation, and funnel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead growth engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap across acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
• Build and mentor a high-performing growth engineering team with a focus on experimentation and business impact.
• Scale sales and marketing through automation and AI-assisted processes.
• Architect and own systems powering campaign automation, journeys, personalization, and lead routing.
• Develop AI agents that accelerate campaign creation, prospecting, onboarding, and cross-sell motions.
• Launch full-stack growth experiments, landing pages, demos, and lightweight products to drive pipeline.
