Qualifications

• Proven ability to design a measurable growth system across acquisition, activation, retention, conversion and referral.
• Demonstrated experience building a growth analytics and experimentation program.
• Auditing instrumentation to identify key activation events and top-of-funnel sources.
• Lead and launch high-confidence growth experiments and establish a durable growth model.
• Establish a product-growth feedback loop and growth organization when warranted.

Responsibilities

• Establish the growth baseline and define the funnel from discovery through paid conversion.
