Upbound Group in Draper, UT, is seeking a Manager to lead the Customer Performance Analytics function. You will guide analytics strategy, develop a high-performing team, and translate customer data into strategic recommendations that influence growth and financial performance.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with Growth, BU, Finance, and CX analytics across RAC, Acima and Brigit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years leading analytical teams with coaching and talent development.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Strong storytelling with data and clear executive-level communication.
• Experience building visualizations for PowerPoint or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate across Growth, BU, Finance and Tech teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx and AWS for data wrangling and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy for customer performance across units.
• Develop and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Oversee full-funnel analytics, dashboards and governance.
• Partner with Growth, BU, Marketing and Finance to drive growth.
