Job summary

Upbound Group, Inc. is seeking an Analyst in Customer Performance Analytics to elevate data-driven decision-making across the Growth Organization, including RAC, Acima, and Brigit.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate customer data into actionable recommendations that influence growth and customer experience. You will own analytics execution with support from your manager, build strategic insights, and contribute to governance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; 2+ years analytics experience preferred.
• Strong SQL coding skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience creating compelling visualizations and storytelling with data via PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Proficiency with data wrangling tools and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer performance insights in collaboration with Growth Organization and BU leaders.
• Produce executive-ready presentations and business narratives to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics using Power BI, Sigma, and other enterprise tools.
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Partner, and Marketing leaders to align analytics priorities with business objectives.
• Advance analytical methodologies and governance across the analytics function.
