Job summary

Upbound Group is seeking a Manager, Customer Performance Analytics for the Draper, Utah on-site office. You will lead the analytics function across RAC, Acima, and Brigit, translating complex customer data into actionable insights to influence growth, experience, and financial performance.

You will manage a team, develop leadership talent, and advance analytics practices using SQL, SAS, Python, and BI tools, partnering with Growth and Marketing to drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years leading analytical teams, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing talent.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to create compelling visualizations and storytelling with data.
• Exceptional presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• 5+ years experience in data analytics, coding languages and data wrangling tools (SQL, Alteryx, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization, execution and communication of high-impact analytical initiatives.
• Develop deep expertise in customer journey data and enterprise datasets to identify opportunities.
• Lead a team contributing to complex analytical initiatives and provide hands-on leadership.
• Partner with Growth Organization, Business Unit, and Marketing leaders to align analytics with business objectives.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and compelling narratives from analyses.
• Establish standards for data quality, methodologies, and governance.
