Upbound Group Inc. is seeking an Analyst — Customer Performance Analytics to support the Growth Organization across RAC, Acima and Brigit.

The role focuses on translating customer data into actionable insights that influence growth strategies, customer experience, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will partner with Product, Partner, and Marketing leaders, delivering executive‑level storytelling and scalable analytics using Power BI/Sigma, SQL, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong SQL coding skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Sigma).
• Experience with Snowflake data platform and related enterprise tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer performance insights to inform growth strategy across RAC, Acima, and Brigit.
• Create executive‑ready dashboards and narratives to enable strategic decision‑making.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Growth Organization Pod teams, BU leaders, and Marketing to align analytics with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, data quality, and governance for scalable reporting.
