Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
• Strong SQL coding skills and experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau/Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer performance insights from diverse datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and data narratives.
• Partner with Growth Organization and BU leaders to align analytics with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to governance and standardization of analytical methodologies and data quality.
