You will lead the customer analytics function to enable data-driven decisions across the Growth Organization, including RAC, Acima and Brigit, driving insights that influence growth, customer experience, and financial performance. You will develop and coach a high-performing analytics team, advance methodologies, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years leading analytical teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven data storytelling and senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization and execution of high-impact analytics initiatives.
• Develop deep expertise in customer data models and datasets.
• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Provide executive-ready insights to growth, customer experience, and finance.
• Partner with Growth org and BU leaders to align priorities.
