Job summary

Upbound Group in Draper, UT is seeking an Analyst, Customer Performance Analytics to turn complex customer data into strategic insights that drive growth, experience, and financial performance. You will partner with Growth Organization and product teams to deliver actionable analytics across RAC, Acima, and Brigit.

The ideal candidate has a quantitative degree or 2+ years in analytics, strong SQL, and experience with Power BI or Sigma; familiarity with Snowflake, Alteryx, and AWS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Strong SQL coding skills are required.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling to influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex customer data into actionable insights for growth and profitability.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate with Growth Organization Pod teams and BU leaders to align analytics with business objectives.
