Upbound Group Inc. is seeking a Manager of Customer Performance Analytics to lead our customer analytics function across RAC, Acima, and Brigit.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights that inform growth strategies, customer experience, and financial performance, while guiding a high-performing team. This on-site role in Plano, TX or Draper, UT requires strong expertise in data modeling, SQL/Python, and visual storytelling with Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading analytical teams, coaching and managing talent.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Proven capability to create compelling visualizations and storytelling with data.
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across internal teams.
• 5+ years experience in data analytics and coding languages (SQL, Alteryx, AWS).
• Proficient with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization, execution and communication of high-impact analytics initiatives.
• Develop deep expertise in customer journey data to identify opportunities and guide analytics approaches.
• Lead a team balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and advisory support.
• Partner with Growth Organization and Business Units to align priorities with objectives.
• Establish governance, data quality standards, and scalable analytics practices.
