Job summary

You will translate complex customer data into clear business recommendations and influence growth strategies. You will partner with Growth Organization pods, deliver executive-ready insights, and contribute to governance, dashboards, and self-service analytics using Power BI, Sigma, SQL, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 2+ years analytics experience
• Strong SQL coding skills and data access
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience creating visualizations and storytelling with data using BI tools

Responsibilities

• Generate customer performance insights for Growth Organization
• Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Prepare executive-ready narratives and presentations
• Develop data storytelling with visuals to influence decision-making
• Collaborate with Growth Organization pods and BU leaders on priorities
• Develop expertise in customer journey data and related datasets
• Contribute to governance, data quality, and scalable analytics practices
• Support evolution of full funnel analytics and dashboards
