Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics or growth analytics in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to define metrics, hypotheses, and success criteria with product teams.
• Strong SQL and modern data tooling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of growth analysts; set priorities and coach.
• Partner with PLG PMs and engineers to shape analytics strategy and metrics.
• Measure PLG funnel stages: acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
• Design measurement plans and ensure reliable instrumentation and dashboards.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
